JACABB Utilities, LLC is a privately owned public utility which provides water and sewer service in North Carolina and South Carolina. Rates are approved by the North Carolina Utilities Commission and the South Carolina Public Service Commission. JACABB’s systems serve both residential and commercial customers and we are committed to providing superior service to our customers.

We have Project Engineers who are licensed in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia as well as General Contractor Licenses in North and South Carolina.
Greenstone Construction is a General Contractor for North and South Carolina. We are licensed and insured with unlimited bonding capacity. We also have a maintenance division that maintains private systems as well as JACABB Systems and works closely with Goldie Operations.
